1. B2B service

Eastern Ritual Works provides services to professional partners rather than operating a public consumer checkout. A service is not accepted until scope, timing, required information and commercial terms have been confirmed.

2. Partner-client relationship

The partner remains responsible for its own end-client relationship, retail price, client-facing descriptions, consents and compliance obligations. ERW does not require the partner to disclose its retail margin.

3. Ritual fulfilment

Ritual services are traditional and ceremonial in nature. Exact form, scheduling, personalisation information and completion materials depend on the accepted case.

4. Complex Case Review

Review services provide an additional traditional interpretive perspective on a defined question or situation. They do not transfer decision responsibility to ERW and are subject to the boundaries in our Disclaimer and Service Policy.

5. Payment and commencement

Payment instructions are supplied after acceptance. Work begins only after the required intake and payment conditions for the accepted service have been satisfied.

6. Changes, cancellation and refunds

Before work begins, changes or cancellation may be possible subject to already-incurred costs. Once specialist review, case preparation or ritual execution has begun, fees may become non-refundable in whole or in part because case-specific professional time and resources have been committed.

7. Turnaround

Complex Case Reviews are normally targeted for return within 48 hours after complete accepted intake. Ritual timing is case-specific. Timelines are targets unless expressly confirmed otherwise and may be affected by specialist availability, traditional timing requirements, incomplete information or circumstances outside reasonable control.

8. No guaranteed outcomes

No service guarantees financial, business, investment, employment, education, relationship, health, legal or other life outcomes.

9. Misuse

Partners must not use ERW materials to support harmful, coercive, unlawful, fear-based or deliberately misleading claims, fabricated credentials or guaranteed results.
