SERVICE POLICY
Private, manual and case-specific.
ERW accepts professional partner cases only after manual review. These operating rules keep scope clear for both ritual fulfilment and complex-case review.
1. Initial enquiry
Partners should begin with a short non-identifying case summary. Do not send a client's name, home address, facial photograph, identification documents or unrelated sensitive information in the first message.
2. Manual acceptance
ERW reviews the requested scope before work begins. We may accept, ask for clarification, recommend a narrower scope, or decline a request. Acceptance is not automatic.
3. Quote and payment
Applicable partner pricing is confirmed privately before the order begins. The partner controls its own retail price and client billing. ERW does not require disclosure of the partner's retail margin.
4. Turnaround
| Service | Typical timing | Timing starts when |
|---|---|---|
| Ritual Fulfilment | Case-specific and dependent on the accepted traditional service and scheduling requirements | Required intake and payment are complete and the execution window is confirmed |
| Private Complex Case Review | Normally within 48 hours | Complete case information and payment are received and accepted |
These are service targets, not guarantees. We will flag a materially different timeline before acceptance whenever reasonably possible.
5. Clarification window for Complex Case Review
A standard review includes a limited clarification window tied to the original accepted question. Clarification means explaining an existing point in the delivered assessment. A new question, new event, materially changed facts or a new decision generally requires a new case.
6. Changes and cancellation
Before work begins, an accepted order may be changed or cancelled subject to any payment-processing or already-incurred preparation costs. Once specialist work, preparation or ritual execution has begun, fees may become non-refundable in whole or in part because professional time and case-specific work have already been committed.
7. Partner responsibility
The partner remains responsible for how it describes ERW-supported services to its own client, the retail price it charges, obtaining required client authority or consent, and complying with obligations applicable to the partner's own jurisdiction and profession.
8. Cases we may decline
- requests requiring a guaranteed result;
- harmful, coercive, deceptive or unlawful purposes;
- cases with unclear client authority or materially incomplete information;
- requests requiring licensed legal, medical, mental-health, financial or other regulated professional judgment as a substitute for that professional advice;
- work outside the capability or availability of the relevant China-side specialist network.
9. White-label boundary
ERW may remain behind the scenes. White-label availability does not authorise false statements about who performed a service, practitioner credentials, institutional affiliations or guaranteed outcomes.
