1. Professional partner enquiries

At the enquiry stage, we may receive your name, business contact details, practice information and a non-identifying summary of a possible client case. Partners should not send end-client personal information until a case has been reviewed and accepted.

2. Accepted ritual cases

Where required for an accepted ritual service, case-specific intake may include the end-client's full name, residential address, recent unedited facial photograph, stated intention and other information specifically required for the accepted service.

3. Accepted Complex Case Reviews

Case intake may include the defined question, relevant background, timing and location details and other information needed for the accepted review. The exact requirements depend on the review method and scope. Partners should not collect or submit unrelated sensitive information.

4. Purpose

Information is used to review suitability, prepare and perform accepted services, coordinate specialists, prepare partner-facing materials, handle payment and support, manage disputes and maintain necessary business records.

5. Need-to-know access and cross-border processing

Information may be handled by ERW operations and the China-side practitioner or specialist personnel involved in the accepted case. Because the service is cross-border, processing may occur in more than one country, including the United States and China.

6. Client relationship

ERW does not use end-client information to market directly to a partner's client and does not sell end-client personal information for advertising purposes.

7. Retention

Case information is retained only as reasonably needed for fulfilment, support, disputes, legal obligations or agreed records. As an operating default, ritual intake photographs and similar case-specific intake data are ordinarily deleted or de-identified within 90 days after completion unless a longer period is reasonably required.

8. Partner responsibility

Before submitting end-client information, the partner is responsible for obtaining any authority or consent required by the partner's client relationship and applicable law.
