What Information Is Needed Before a Case Can Be Reviewed?
The first message should be simple and anonymous. We need enough context to decide whether the case fits, not the client's full identity.
At enquiry stage
Send the type of case, the core question or intention, relevant timing and a short background summary. Do not send unnecessary personal data.
After acceptance
ERW will provide the case-specific intake requirements. Ritual fulfilment and Complex Case Review may require different information. Only collect what is needed for the accepted service.
Why separate enquiry from intake?
It reduces unnecessary data handling, lets us confirm scope before the partner asks the client for additional information, and keeps the first commercial conversation simple.
Partner authority
The partner is responsible for ensuring it has appropriate authority or consent before submitting client information for an accepted service.
